Braised Beef Short Ribs with a Braising Sauce Served with Creamy Polenta and a medley of Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas and Corn

CLOSER:
Bittersweet Chocolate Mini Tortes served with Caramel Sauce and Whipped Cream
